Prior to each project we will submit, for approval, a Method Statement to the client’s individual requirements.

Main areas that need to be taken into consideration, in order to develop an achievable programme of works include:


Deliveries:                  Timings, site access, local restrictions & parking.

Transport:                  Size of vehicles, driver contact and vehicle details.

Off Loading:               Staffing levels, Goods inwards, time restrictions.

Distribution:               Handling methods, access routes & site protection

Installation Crew:      Staffing levels, skills, tools, supervision.

Communication:        Site meetings, phone numbers and contact details.
