One of the world’s leading media agency networks, with over 4,400 people working across 84 countries, managing international assignments delivering next generation media, content and technology solutions for their clients.
Objective:
To supply and install office furniture on an on-going basis for 2000+ staff in a new South Bank location in London, whilst working to tight deadlines and within budget.
Installation during working hours was carried out with minimal disruption to staff and was supplemented by weekend and evening working as and when required.
We have provided ongoing support and regular reconfigurations of the current office space to accommodate both staffing changes and project changes which happen on a constant basis due to the nature of their work by providing a wide and varied range of furniture and associated products.

"Neil and the Outline team have been working with us for over 20 years and were responsible for the complete refurbishment of the first floor in our UK and EMEA Headquarters. They provided the exact specification of furniture to our detailed requirements, producing a set of workstation and design standards that are still in use today. They worked closely with us in a team alongside the manufacturers to ensure custom made solutions which included a mobile storage system and new standards for our client Test Bays and their control centres, as well as a floor plan for new desking for almost 130 staff. This was delivered as a four phase project that was on time and to budget.
